    Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 2384, a bill for an act relating to
    matters within the jurisdiction of the Iowa ethics and campaign
    disclosure board, by providing for certain changes in reporting
    requirements relating to campaign contributions and expenditures;
    liability for the activities of committees; certain restrictions on
    fundraising and use of funds by political committees; certain changes in
    the handling of investigations and complaints before the board; and
    permitting a fee for access to computerized campaign finance disclosure
    records.

    Recommendation: AMEND AND DO PASS AS PROVIDED IN AMENDMENT S-5411.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 15: Gronstal, Kibbie, Rittmer, Bennett, Bisignano,
    Connolly, Dearden, Drake, Fink, Giannetto, Halvorson, Lind, Lundby,
    McLaren and Sorensen. Nays, none.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

    ALSO:

    Final Bill Action: HOUSE FILE 400, a bill for an act relating to the
    joint purchasing of equipment by political subdivisions of the state.

    Recommendation: DO PASS.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 11: Gronstal, Kibbie, Rittmer, Bennett, Connolly,
    Dearden, Drake, Fink, Lind, McLaren and Sorensen. Nays, 4: Bisignano,
    Giannetto, Halvorson and Lundby.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

    ALSO:

    Final Bill Action: HOUSE FILE 2190, a bill for an act relating to the
    publication of certain notices, ordinances, and amendments by the
    superintendent of printing.

    Recommendation: DO PASS.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 12: Gronstal, Kibbie, Rittmer, Bennett, Connolly,
    Dearden, Drake, Fink, Giannetto, Lundby, McLaren and Sorensen. Nays, 3:
    Bisignano, Halvorson and Lind.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

    ALSO:

    Final Bill Action: HOUSE FILE 2315, a bill for an act authorizing small
    quantities of wine to be shipped in and out of this state for
    consumption or use by persons twenty-one years of age or older.
