  1  6 excess of ten dollars" and inserting the following:
  1  7 "in excess of ten dollars".
  1  8    #4.  Page 7, by striking lines 1 through 3.
  1  9    #5.  By striking page 10, line 3, through page 13,
  1 10 line 1, and inserting the following:
  1 11    "Sec.    .  Section 56.6, subsection 3, paragraph
  1 12 b, unnumbered paragraph 1, Code Supplement 1995, is
  1 13 amended to read as follows:
  1 14    The name and mailing address of each person who has
  1 15 made one or more contributions of money to the
  1 16 committee including the, together with the amount of
  1 17 contribution or contributions.  All reports of
  1 18 proceeds from any fund-raising events shall include
  1 19 this information, except for those proceeds reportable
  1 20 under paragraph "f" of this subsection, when the
  1 21 aggregate amount in a calendar year exceeds the amount
  1 22 specified in the following schedule:
  1 23    Sec.    .  Section 56.6, subsection 3, paragraphs f
  1 24 and h, Code Supplement 1995, are amended to read as
  1 25 follows:
  1 26    f.  The total amount of ticket sales proceeds and
  1 27 other proceeds, separately designated, from any fund-
  1 28 raising event for which the per person ticket price
  1 29 was ten dollars or less. Contributions and sales at
  1 30 fund-raising events which involve the sale of a
  1 31 product acquired at less than market value and sold
  1 32 for an amount of money in excess of the amount
  1 33 specified in paragraph "b" of this subsection by the
  1 34 committee shall be designated separately from in-kind
  1 35 and monetary contributions and the report shall
  1 36 include the name and address of the donor, a
  1 37 description of the product, the market value of the
  1 38 product, the sales price of the product, and the name
  1 39 and address of the purchaser, and the total amount
  1 40 paid by each purchaser.
  1 41    h.  The amount and nature of debts and obligations
  1 42 owed by the committee, in excess of those amounts
  1 43 stated in the schedule in paragraph "b" of this
  1 44 subsection by the committee. Loans made to a committee
  1 45 and reported under paragraph "b" of this subsection
  1 46 "e" shall not be considered a debt or obligation under
  1 47 this paragraph.  A loan made by a committee to any
  1 48 person shall be considered a disbursement.
  1 49    Sec.    .  Section 56.6, subsection 3, paragraph i,
  1 50 Code Supplement 1995, is amended by striking the
  2  1 paragraph."

  2 12 political party central committees, or to partisan
  2 13 political committees organized to represent persons
  2 14 within the boundaries of a congressional district, or
  2 15 to committees representing a nonparty political
  2 16 organization described in section 44.1."

  2 20 "subsections" and inserting the following:

  2 24 and figure "subsections 2," the following:  "3,".
  2 25    #13.  Page 19, by inserting after line 10 the
  2 26 following:
  2 27    "3.  Unless the chairperson of the board concludes
  2 28 that immediate notification would prejudice a
  2 29 preliminary investigation or subject the complainant
  2 30 to an unreasonable risk, the board shall mail make
  2 31 best efforts to contact, and shall hand-deliver a copy
  2 32 of the complaint, to the subject of the complaint
  2 33 within three working days twenty-four hours of the
  2 34 acceptance filing of the complaint.  If a
  2 35 determination is made by the chairperson not to mail
  2 36 contact, or to deliver a copy of the complaint, to the
  2 37 subject of the complaint within the three working days
  2 38 twenty-four-hour time period, the board shall approve
  2 39 and establish the time and conditions under which the
  2 40 subject will be informed of the filing and contents of
  2 41 the complaint."
