         ALSO: That the House has on March 13, 1996, passed the following
    bills in which the concurrence of the Senate is asked:

         House File 2255, a bill for  an act relating to the extension of
    time during which an alternative surcharge may be imposed for E911.

         This bill was read first time and passed on file.

         House File 2464, a bill for  an act relating to consumer protection
    by requiring the registration of certain persons seeking to engage in
    regulated businesses in this state, and providing for civil and criminal
    penalties.

         This bill was read first time and passed on file.

         ALSO: That the House has on March 13, 1996, adopted the conference
    committee report and passed House File 2114, a bill for  an act relating
    to and making supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year beginning
    July 1, 1995, and providing an effective date.



                       CONFERENCE COMMITTEE REPORT ADOPTED

    House File 2114

         Senator Husak called up the conference committee report on House
    File 2114, a bill for  an act relating to and making supplemental
    appropriations for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1995, and providing
    an effective date, filed on March 12, 1996, and moved its adoption.

         The motion prevailed by a voice vote and the conference committee
    report and the recommendations and amendments contained therein was
    adopted.

         Senator Connolly took the chair at 11:50 a.m.

         Senator Husak moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.

         On the question Shall the bill pass? (H.F. 2114) the vote was:
