         Senator Fink withdrew amendment S-5200 filed by him on March 5,
    1996, to pages 15 and 18 of the bill.

         With the adoption of amendments S-5129, S-5176 and S-5237, the
    Chair ruled the following amendments out of order:

         S-5169 by Senator Iverson to strike everything after the enacting
    clause and to the title page of the bill, previously deferred; and
    amendment S-5232 filed by Senator Freeman on March 6, 1996, to amendment
    S-5169.

         Senator Lind offered amendment S-5241 filed by him from the floor
    to page 1 of the bill, moved its adoption and requested a record roll
    call.
