  1  2    #1.  Page 15, line 13, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "manure" the following:  "from a confinement swine
  1  4 feeding operation".
  1  5    #2.  Page 18, by inserting after line 32 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "Sec.    .  REPEAL OF DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
  1  8 RESOURCES RULES.  The department of natural resources
  1  9 shall repeal provisions in 567 IAC 65.2(9) and IAB,
  1 10 Volume XVIII, No. 17 (2/14/96) pp. 1356-1357, ARC
  1 11 6250A, Item 4, rule 65.2, new subrule 10, which apply
  1 12 to the application of manure by spray irrigation
  1 13 equipment by September 1, 1996."
