         S-5201 filed by Senators Fraise, et al., from the floor to page 1
    and the title page of the bill.

         S-5206 filed by Senator Banks from the floor to amendment S-5201.

         S-5208 filed by Senator Halvorson from the floor to amendment
    S-5201.

         Senator Banks offered amendment S-5195 filed by him from the floor
    to page 1 of the bill and moved its adoption.

         A record roll call was requested.
