Senate File 2302
On motion of Senator Giannetto, Senate File 2302, a bill for an act
to provide for the six-year revocation of licenses for persons who
unintentionally cause the death of another while driving recklessly or
eluding a police officer, was taken up for consideration.
Senator Giannetto moved that the bill be read the last time now and
placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
bill was read the last time.
