    relating to medically relevant tests for the presence of illegal drugs
    in a child or parent, voiding related administrative rules, and
    providing an effective date.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 8: Szymoniak, Hammond, Boettger, Bartz, Hansen,
    Kramer, Neuhauser, Tinsman and Vilsack. Nays, none. Absent or not
    voting, 2: Bartz and Dvorsky.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

         *Pursuant to Senate Rule 40, the Legislative Service Bureau
    reported nonsubstantive changes to the members of the Human Resources
    Committee on Senate File 2410 and they were attached to the committee
    report.



    JUDICIARY

    Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 2383 (SSB 2150), a bill for an act
    relating to search warrants, including creating an exception to the
    exclusionary rule and allowing the issuance of a search warrant
    conditioned upon the occurrence of an anticipated future event.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 14: Giannetto, Vilsack, McKean, Bartz, Bisignano,
    Boettger, Drake, Fraise, Halvorson, Hammond, Hansen, Maddox, Redfern and
    Szymoniak. Nays, none. Absent or not voting, 1: Neuhauser.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

    ALSO:

    Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 2385 (SSB 2304), a bill for an act
    relating to the definition of congressional district for the purpose of
    appointment and election of state judicial nominating commissioners.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 15: Giannetto, Vilsack, McKean, Bartz, Bisignano,
    Boettger, Drake, Fraise, Halvorson, Hammond, Hansen, Maddox, Neuhauser,
