    Final Vote: Ayes, 9: Szymoniak, Hammond, Boettger, Bartz, Hansen,
    Kramer, Neuhauser, Tinsman and Vilsack. Nays, none. Absent or not
    voting, 1: Dvorsky.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

         *Pursuant to Senate Rule 40, the Legislative Service Bureau
    reported nonsubstantive changes to the members of the Human Resources
    Committee on Senate File 2388 and they were attached to the committee
    report.

    ALSO:

    Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 2399 (SSB 2326), a bill for an act
    relating to the reporting and substantiation of harm to a child and the
    related duties of the department of human services and the child abuse
    information registry.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 8: Szymoniak, Hammond, Boettger, Bartz, Hansen,
    Kramer, Neuhauser, Tinsman and Vilsack. Nays, none. Absent or not
    voting, 2: Bartz and Dvorsky.

    ALSO:

    Final Bill Action: *SENATE FILE 2382 (SSB 2296), a bill for an act
    creating an Iowa healthy kids corporation for preventive health services
    and health coverage of children, providing a penalty, and making an
    appropriation.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 7: Szymoniak, Hammond, Boettger, Hansen, Kramer,
    Neuhauser and Vilsack. Nays, 2: Bartz and Tinsman. Absent or not voting,
