    for an act providing that the sheriff may charge for room and board
    provided to county prisoners and providing for the creation and filing
    of a room and board reimbursement lien.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 14: Giannetto, Vilsack McKean, Bartz, Bisignano,
    Boettger, Drake, Fraise, Halvorson, Hansen, Maddox, Neuhauser, Redfern
    and Szymoniak. Nays, 1: Hammond.
