         Senator Lundby offered amendment S-5132 filed by her from the floor
    to pages 62 and 65 of the bill, moved its adoption and requested a
    record roll call.

         On the question Shall amendment S-5132 be adopted? (S.F. 2245) the
    vote was:

         Rule 23, requiring all Senators present to vote except those who
    express a conflict of interest, was invoked.

         Senator Rife called up the motion to reconsider the vote by which
    amendment S-5118 to Senate File 2245 failed to be adopted by the Senate
    on February 26, 1996, filed by him on February 26, 1996, found on page
    458 of the Senate Journal, moved its adoption and requested a record
    roll call.

         On the question Shall the motion to reconsider be adopted? (S.F.
    2245) the vote was:

         Rule 23, requiring all Senators present to vote except those who
