    Drake, Fraise, Halvorson, Hammond, Hansen, Maddox, Neuhauser, Redfern

    NATURAL RESOURCES

    Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 2037, a bill for an act relating to
    animal feeding operations by providing for county zoing of certain
    operations, and imposing requirements relating to construction permits.

    Recommendation: AMEND AND DO PASS AS PROVIDED IN AMENDMENT S-5097.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 8: Fink, Lundby, Dearden, Deluhery, Gronstal, Judge,
    Kibbie and Sorensen. Nays, 5: Banks, Borlaug, Freeman, Hedge and
    Rensink. Pass, 1: Priebe. Absent or not voting, 1: Black.

    STATE GOVERNMENT

    Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 2104, a bill for an act relating to state
    employee disclosures of information and making penalties applicable.
