    pecuniary damages recoverable under an order of criminal victim
    restitution.

         Senate File 2199, by Maddox, a bill for  an act relating to the
    cost of educational programs for children in a licensed child foster
    care facility or a substance abuser facility for school funding purposes
    and providing an effective date.

         Senate File 2200, by committee on Education, a bill for  an act
    relating to school employee sick leave.

         Read first time and placed on calendar.

         Senate File 2201, by committee on Education, a bill for  an act
    relating to the open enrollment application and implementation process.

         Senate File 2202, by Szymoniak, a bill for  an act relating to
    juvenile justice including notice requirements for juvenile court
    actions, custody of and access to a child designated a child in need of
    assistance, and associate juvenile judge jurisdiction.
