  1  1    Section 1.  Section 279.40, unnumbered paragraph 1, Code
  1  2 1995, is amended to read as follows:
  1  3    Public A public school employees are employee is granted a
  1  4 leave of absence for a medically related disability with full
  1  5 pay during the time the employee is employed by or under
  1  6 contract to work for the school district in the following
  1  7 minimum amounts:  
  1  8                           EXPLANATION
  1  9    This bill provides that public school employees are granted
  1 10 sick leave with full pay only during such time that the
  1 11 employees are employed by or under contract to work for their
  1 12 school districts.
