                              INTRODUCTION OF BILLS

         Senate File 2148, by Tinsman, a bill for  an act relating to state
    and county funding for mental health and developmental disability
    services and providing an applicability provision.

         Read first time under Rule 28 and passed on file.

         Senate File 2149, by committee on Local Government, a bill for  an
    act relating to contracts for mutual aid between fire departments
    regarding emergency services and providing an effective date.

         Read first time under Rule 28 and placed on calendar.

         Senate File 2150, by Murphy, a bill for  an act relating to certain
    revenue sources of political subdivisions, state appropriations to the
    road use tax fund, funding for bonds issued by a political subdivision,
    and other properly related matters, authorizing a political subdivision
    to impose a local tax, in addition to property taxes, to partially fund
    certain bonds, relating to the road use tax fund by allocating fines and
    fees for commercial vehicle violations to the road use tax fund,
    appropriating moneys to the road use tax fund from the general fund of
    the state, and appropriating moneys for funding recreational trails from
    the general fund of the state, and providing an applicability date.

         Read first time under Rule 28 and passed on file.



                                   ADJOURNMENT
