family investment program by prohibiting the department of human
services from applying any additional limitation on the number
of children in a family eligible for assistance under the
program and providing an effective date.

committee to House File 2114, a bill for an act relating to and
making supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year beginning
July 1, 1995, and providing an effective date, and the members
