for an act relating to the office of secretary of state and the
conduct of elections and voter registration in the state and
relating to corrective and technical changes to Iowa's election
laws, and providing an effective date.

House File 2388, by Mascher, Bell, Witt, and Burnett, a bill
for an act establishing an early reading assistance grant
program and appropriating funds.

House File 2389, by committee on agriculture, a bill for an
act relating to soil and water conservation, by providing for
the powers and duties of commissioners of soil and water
conservation districts, and soil and water conservation
practices.
