SPECIAL PRESENTATION Kremer of Buchanan presented to the House General Raymond G. Davis, of Stockbridge, Georgia. General Davis served thirty-three years in the United States Marine Corps, prior to his retirement. He is a veteran of World War II, the Korean and Vietnam conflicts. He was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor and numerous other medals. General Davis addressed the House briefly. The House rose and expressed its appreciation. On motion by Siegrist of Pottawattamie, the House was recessed at 9:29 a.m., until 1:00 p.m. AFTERNOON SESSION The House reconvened at 1:00 p.m., Speaker pro tempore Van Maanen of Marion in the chair.
