    adding penalties and providing an effective date, was taken up for
    consideration.

         Senator Neuhauser offered amendment S-3470 filed by her from the
    floor to page 26 and the title page of the bill and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-3470 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Neuhauser asked and received unanimous consent that House
    File 552 be substituted for Senate File 480 as amended.

    House File 552

         On motion of Senator Neuhauser, House File 552,  a bill for  an act
    relating to changing the point of taxation of motor vehicle fuel by
    requiring suppliers, restrictive suppliers, importers, exporters,
    dealers, users, or blenders licenses, changing reporting periods, and
    adding penalties, was taken up for consideration.

         Senator Neuhauser offered amendment S-3471 filed by her from the
    floor to pages 26, 40 and the title page of the bill and moved its
    adoption.

         Amendment S-3471 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Bartz offered amendment S-3472 filed by him from the floor
    to page 43 of the bill and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-3472 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Neuhauser moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.
