         The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 180, a bill for an
    act relating to the determination of the annual salary of a deputy
    sheriff, deferred April 10, 1995.

         Senator Rittmer offered amendment S-3385 filed by him on April 11,
    1995, to page 1 of the bill and moved its adoption.

         A record roll call was requested.
