                    Division of The Department of Corrections

         The report on the financial conditions of the Iowa Prison
    Industries farming operations submitted to comply with the requirements
    of Code of Iowa, chapter 904.706.

                        IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

         A copy of the 1994 annual report of the Iowa Railway Finance
    Authority, as required by Code Section 3271.8(6).

                           DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH

         Vital Statistics of Iowa. This edition includes reports on a number
    of health-related data for the 1993 calendar year, such as births,
    deaths, fetal deaths, diseases, marriages, and dissolution of marriages.

                       DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

         A copy of the FY 94 Annual Report of the Iowa Conservation Corps.

                           DEPARTMENT OF ELDER AFFAIRS

         The annual report of the activities and recommendations of the
    Long-Term Care Residents Advocate Program, including the activities of
    Care Review Committees, as required in Section 231.42 of the Iowa Code.

                      DEPARTMENT OF INSPECTIONS AND APPEALS

         A special audit of the Camp Courageous Farm Raffle as required by
    Chapter 1097, Laws of the 75th G.A., 1994 Session.  These are reviewed
    records provided by Camp Courageous and performed procedures considered
    necessary to ascertain compliance with the above-cited Act and Code of
    Iowa Chapter 99B.

                           DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH

         Health Data Commission 1995 Annual Report, pursuant to Iowa code,
    Ch. 145.6.

                           DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH

         Pursuant to Iowa Code, Ch. 135.22A(6)F, the Annual Report and State
    Plan of Iowa Advisory Council on Head Injury.
