                           BILL REFERRED TO COMMITTEE

         Senator Horn asked and received unanimous consent that House File
    519 be referred from the Unfinished Business Calendar to the committee
    on Agriculture.

         The Senate stood at ease at 5:15 p.m. until the fall of the gavel
    for the purpose of a party caucus.

         The Senate resumed session at 5:37 p.m., President Boswell
    presiding.



                          MOTION TO RECONSIDER ADOPTED

         Senator Tinsman filed the following motion to reconsider from the
    floor and moved its adoption:

         MR. PRESIDENT: I move to reconsider the vote by which the
    confirmation of Harold M. Thompson failed to be approved by the Senate
    on April 13, 1995.
