    senate resolution deferring action on the confirmation of appointments
    submitted by the Governor.

    Senate Resolution 13

         On motion of Senator Kibbie, Senate Resolution 13, a senate
    resolution deferring action on the confirmation of appointments
    submitted by the Governor, was taken up for reconsideration.

         Senator Kibbie moved the adoption of Senate Resolution 13.

         A record roll call was requested.

         On the question Shall the resolution be adopted? (S.R. 13) the vote
