The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared to have passed the Senate and the title was agreed to. IMMEDIATE MESSAGE Senator Horn asked and received unanimous consent to send an immediate message to the House on Senate Files 141 and 214. MOTION TO RECONSIDER ADOPTED Senator Horn called up the motion to reconsider Senate Resolution 13 filed by him on April 12, 1995, found on page 1164 of the Senate Journal and moved its adoption. The motion prevailed by a voice vote.
