                            PRESENTATION OF VISITORS

         The Chair welcomed the following visitors who were present in the
    Senate gallery:

         Fourteen tenth, eleventh and twelfth grade students from West High
    School, Iowa City, accompanied by Gary Neuzil. Senators Dvorsky and
    Neuhauser.



                              MOTIONS TO RECONSIDER

         MR. PRESIDENT: I move to reconsider the vote by which House File
    246 passed the Senate on April 11, 1995.
