    have been confirmed by the Senate.

         Senator Hansen called up the appointment of Richard A. Westcott as
    a member of the Iowa Telecommunications and Technology Commission,
    placed on the Individual Confirmation Calendar on February 22, 1995, and
    found on page 426 of the Senate Journal.

         Senator Hansen moved that the foregoing appointment be confirmed by
    the Senate.

         On the question Shall the appointee be confirmed? the vote was:
