Absent or not voting, 4: Bartz Bisignano Palmer Vilsack The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared to have passed the Senate and the title was agreed to. Senate File 181 On motion of Senator Kibbie, Senate File 181, a bill for an act providing a sales tax exemption relating to aircraft and providing effective date and retroactive applicability provisions, with report of committee recommending amendment and passage, was taken up for consideration. Senator Kibbie asked and received unanimous consent that action on Senate File 181 be deferred. Senate File 458 On motion of Senator Szymoniak, Senate File 458, a bill for an act relating to the duties of the county treasurer and providing effective and applicability dates, was taken up for consideration.
