         Senator Szymoniak offered amendment S-3297 filed by Senators Drake
    and Szymoniak on March 29, 1995, to page 2 of the bill and moved its
    adoption.

         Amendment S-3297 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Maddox offered amendment S-3215 filed by him on March 23,
    1995, to page 10 of the bill and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-3215 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Szymoniak moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.

         On the question Shall the bill pass? (S.F. 458) the vote was:
