         Senator Banks offered amendment S-3213 filed by him on March 23,
    1995, to page 2 of the bill and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-3213 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Banks moved the adoption of Senate Concurrent Resolution 20
    as amended, which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

         On motion of Senator Judge, Senate File 231, a bill for an act
    relating to the definition of resident for the purpose of obtaining
    licenses to hunt, fish, trap, or take protected species of animals, was
    taken up for consideration.

         Senator Judge asked and received unanimous consent that House File
    113 be substituted for Senate File 231.

    House File 113

         On motion of Senator Judge, House File 113, a bill for an act
    relating to the definition of resident for the purpose of obtaining
    licenses to hunt, fish, trap, or take protected species of animals, was
    taken up for consideration.

         Senator Black offered amendment S-3267 filed by him on March 28,
    1995, to page 1 and the title page of the bill and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-3267 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Rittmer asked and received unanimous consent that action on
    House File 113 be deferred.
