    Senate File 255

         On motion of Senator Black, Senate File 255, a bill for an act
    relating to the administration of the department of agriculture and land
    stewardship, providing for moneys previously appropriated to the
    department, and providing an effective date, was taken up for
    consideration.

         Senator Black moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.

    Senate File 402

         On motion of Senator Judge, Senate File 402, a bill for an act
    relating to brands registered by the department of agriculture and land
    stewardship and providing for penalties, was taken up for consideration.

         Senator Judge withdrew amendment S-3221 filed by her on March 23,
    1995, to page 1 of the bill.
