         Senator Gronstal offered amendment S-3225 filed by him from the
    floor to page 26 of the bill and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-3225 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Murphy offered amendment S-3236 filed by Senators Murphy
    and Fraise from the floor to page 26 of the bill.

         Senator Lind offered amendment S-3239 filed by Senators Lind,
    Murphy and Fraise from the floor to amendment S-3236 and moved its
    adoption.

         Amendment S-3239 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Fraise offered amendment S-3242 filed by him from the floor
    to amendment S-3236 and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-3242 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Murphy moved the adoption of amendment S-3236 as amended,
    which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

         Senator Lind offered amendment S-3238 filed by Senators Lind and
    Murphy from the floor to page 26 of the bill.
