         Amendment S-3226 was adopted.

         Senator Iverson offered amendment S-3201 filed by Senators Iverson
    and McKean on March 23, 1995, to page 8 of the bill and moved its
    adoption.

         A record roll call was requested.

         On the question Shall amendment S-3201 be adopted? (S.F. 459) the
    vote was:

         Rule 23, requiring all Senators present to vote except those who
    express a conflict of interest, was invoked.
