    for certain purposes, and establishing complaint procedures.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 13: Deluhery, Hansen, Bisignano, Douglas, Flynn,
    Freeman, Gettings, Gronstal, Husak, Lundby, Palmer, Priebe and Redfern.
    Nays, none. Absent or not voting, 2: Jensen and Hedge.

    Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 411 (SSB 58), a bill for an act relating
    to authorization of price regulation for utilities providing
    communications services.
