    investigations, by permitting the court to waive imposition of mandatory
    minimum penalties for certain drug offenders, providing for imposition
    of alternative sentences within the parameters of the indeterminate term
    established for an offense, and providing that appeal of certain
    sentences be by writ of certiorari.

         Senate File 445, by committee on Commerce, a bill for  an act
    relating to the regulation of cemetery operators and the regulation of
    perpetual care cemeteries and nonperpetual care cemeteries, establishing
    fees and use of those fees, and providing penalties.
