Pursuant to 1995 Iowa Code Section 2.32(4), the appointments
expiring 4/30/95 for the Well Contractors Council are being withdrawn at
this time because qualifications have been met according to Iowa Code
Section 455B.190A.3(b)(c) and this board will be dissolved.

concurrence of the House was asked:
Senate File 158, a bill for an act to provide conformity to the
definition of travel trailers.
ALSO: That the House has on March 16, 1995, passed the following
bills in which the concurrence of the Senate is asked:
House File 139, a bill for an act relating to the disclosure of
the methods used by insurance companies and nonprofit health service
corporations to determine the usual and customary fees for dental care
benefit coverages.
This bill was read first time and passed on file.
House File 186, a bill for an act relating to energy conservation
including making appropriations of petroleum overcharge funds.
This bill was read first time and passed on file.
