Senate Journal: Page 710: Monday, March 20, 1995

         Pursuant to 1995 Iowa Code Section 2.32(4), the expired
    appointments of Alice Jenkins and Ann Kaven to the Community Health
    Management Information System Governing Board are being deferred because
    no appropriate candidates have been found for these positions.

         ALSO:

         Pursuant to 1995 Iowa Code Section 2.32(4), the expired
    appointments of Robert Kramme and Duane VandeHoef to the County Finance
    Board are being deferred because no appropriate candidates have been
    found for these positions.

         ALSO:

         Pursuant to 1995 Iowa Code Section 2.32(4), the appointment for the
    expired position on the Higher Education Strategic Planning Council is
    being deferred. At this time, appropriate candidates are still under
    consideration.

         ALSO:

         Pursuant to 1995 Iowa Code Section 2.32(4), the expiring
    appointment to the Iowa State Civil Rights Commission is being deferred
    because no appropriate candidate has been found for this position at
    this time.

    ALSO:

         Pursuant to 1995 Iowa Code Section 2.32(4), the three appointments
    expiring 4/30/95 for the Job Service Advisory Council are being deferred
    at this time as it is our understanding legislation is being considered
    to repeal this board.

    ALSO:

         Pursuant to 1995 Iowa Code Section 2.32(4), the expiring
    appointment to the School Budget Review Committee is being deferred
    because no appropriate candidate has been found for this position at
    this time.

    ALSO:

         Pursuant to 1995 Iowa Code Section 2.32(4), the appointments
    expiring 4/30/95 for the Title Guaranty Division Board are being
    deferred at this time as it is our understanding legislation is being
    considered to repeal this board.
