    Douglas, Fraise, Giannetto, Husak, McLaren, Sorensen and Zieman. Nays,
    none. Absent or not voting, 2: Hedge and Palmer.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.



    BUSINESS AND LABOR

    Final Bill Action: *SENATE FILE 383 (SSB 274), a bill for an act
    relating to the confidentiality of trade secrets concerning the
    occupational safety and health law and providing for immediate and
    retroactive applicability.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 7: Dearden, Gettings, Connolly, Dvorsky, Giannetto,
    Hammond and Maddox. Nays, 3: Freeman, Banks and Iverson.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

         *Pursuant to Senate Rule 40, the Legislative Service Bureau
    reported nonsubstantive changes to the members of the Business and Labor
    Committee on Senate File 383 and they were attached to the committee
    report.



    COMMERCE

    Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 400 (SSB 226), a bill for an act
    providing for the reincorporation of nonprofit corporations and
    providing for retroactive applicability and effective dates.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 13: Deluhery, Hansen, Bisignano, Douglas, Flynn,
    Freeman, Gettings, Gronstal, Husak, Lundby, Palmer, Priebe and Redfern.
