    coverage to its retirees and their families.

    Recommendation: AMEND AND DO PASS AS PROVIDED IN AMENDMENT S-3131.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 9: Dearden, Gettings, Freeman, Connolly, Dvorsky,
    Giannetto, Hammond, Iverson and Maddox. Nays, none. Absent or not
    voting, 1: Banks.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

    ALSO:

    Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 196, a bill for an act establishing a
    self-employment assistance program and providing an effective date and a
    termination date.

    Recommendation: AMEND AND DO PASS AS PROVIDED IN AMENDMENT S-3132.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 10: Dearden, Gettings, Freeman, Banks, Connolly,
    Dvorsky,  Giannetto, Hammond, Iverson and Maddox. Nays, none.

    COMMERCE

    Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 341 (SSB 210), a bill for an act relating
    to delinquency charges on credit cards used to purchase or lease goods
    or services from less than one hundred persons not related to the card
    issuer.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 9: Deluhery, Hansen, Jensen, Douglas, Flynn, Freeman,
    Hedge, Priebe and Redfern. Nays, none. Absent or not voting, 6:
    Bisignano, Gettings, Gronstal, Husak, Lundby and Palmer.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.
