    relating to the exemption for attorneys who have provided abstract
    services under the title guaranty program.

         Senate File 373, by committee on Judiciary, a bill for  an act to
    permit the court to find a person in contempt for failure to pay
    restitution after the period of probation, work release, parole, or the
    persons sentence has ended.

         Senate File 374, by Lundby, a bill for  an act establishing a
    deadline for the department of personnel to transmit information to
    individuals receiving retirement allowances under the Iowa public
    employees retirement system for federal and state income tax purposes.
