    plans with limited provider networks to health care providers authorized
    to utilize differential diagnosis and physical examinations to determine
    human ailments.

         Relating to entities and subject matter under the regulatory
    authority of the securities bureau of the division of insurance.

         Relating to prohibiting certain restrictive covenants on real
    property relating to the installation or construction of an antennae.

    of state.

    regulating home improvement contractors by requiring a bond, and

    textbooks for public school and nonpublic school pupils, including the

    guarantee for school districts.
