         Increasing the amount of the personal exemption credits under the
    states individual income tax and providing effective and applicability
    date provisions.

         Relating to child support collection, including the establishment
    of the amount of child support required by certain parents who are
    nineteen years of age or younger, provisions relating to the suspension,
    revocation, nonissuance, and nonrenewal of certain licenses for failure
    to pay support, and implementation provisions.

         Judiciary

         Relating to a conference on domestic violence.

         Judiciary

         Relating to the issuance of nonprofessional permits to carry
    concealed weapons, providing exemptions from liability, and providing a
    conditional effective date.

         Judiciary

         To require that all inmates of the institutions under the control
    of the department of corrections perform hard labor.

         Judiciary

         Related to criminal offenses against minors and sexually violent
    offenses and offenders committing those offenses, by requiring
    registration by offenders, providing for the establishment of a sex
    offender registry, providing for public dissemination of registry
    information, and providing penalties.
