    Member; Boettger and Dearden.

    Members Absent: none.

    Committee Business:  Passed to full Appropriations federal block grant
    bill HSB 106. Senate committee members did not approve the House
    committee bill as amended but did approve the total budget target
    funding. Bill was passed to full Appropriations.
