Senator Bartz moved that the bill be read the last time now and placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the bill was read the last time. The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared to have passed the Senate and the title was agreed to. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION (Regular Calendar) Senate Resolution 4 On motion of Senator Hedge, Senate Resolution 4, a senate resolution to provide the senate rules governing lobbyists, was taken up for consideration. Senator Hedge offered amendment S-3034 filed by Senators Hedge, et al., on February 7, 1995, to page 3 of the resolution and moved its adoption. Amendment S-3034 was adopted by a voice vote. Senator Hedge moved the adoption of Senate Resolution 4 as amended, which motion prevailed by a voice vote.
