Senate File 87 On motion of Senator Bartz, Senate File 87, a bill for an act relating to nonsubstantive Code corrections, and providing effective and applicability date provisions, was taken up for consideration. Senator Bartz offered amendment S-3030 filed by the committee on Judiciary on February 2, 1995, to pages 3, 4 and 12 of the bill and moved its adoption. Amendment S-3030 was adopted by a voice vote.
