BUSINESS PENDING Senate File 93 The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 93, a bill for an act related to criminal offenses against minors and sexually violent offenses and offenders committing those offenses, by requiring registration by offenders, providing for the establishment of a sex offender registry, and providing penalties, previously deferred. Senator Neuhauser offered amendment S-3052 filed by Senators Neuhauser, Bisignano and Giannetto from the floor to page 10 of the bill and moved its adoption. Amendment S-3052 was adopted by a voice vote. Senator Boettger offered amendment S-3049 filed by Senators Boettger, et al., from the floor to pages 2, 7 and 10 of the bill. Senator Lind offered amendment S-3051 filed by him from the floor to amendment S-3049. Senator Giannetto raised the point of order that amendment S-3051 to amendment S-3049 was not germane. The Chair ruled the point well taken and amendment S-3051 out of order. Senator Boettger moved the adoption of amendment S-3049, which motion prevailed by a voice vote. Senator Bisignano moved that the bill be read the last time now and placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the bill was read the last time. On the question Shall the bill pass?
