    Final Vote: Ayes, 13: Hansen, Zieman, Bennett, Boettger, Borlaug, Flynn,
    Giannetto, Kibbie, Maddox, McKean, Palmer, Sorensen and Vilsack. Nays,
    none. Absent or not voting, 2: Judge and Szymoniak.

    Fiscal Note: REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.



                           INTRODUCTION OF RESOLUTION

         Senate Concurrent Resolution 10, by Banks and Hansen, a concurrent
    resolution relating to border city trucking agreements.

                              INTRODUCTION OF BILL

         Senate File 86, by Redfern, Banks, Giannetto, Lind, Maddox, McKean,
    and Vilsack, a bill for  an act to prohibit assaults upon peace officers
    and fire fighters by providing penalties and enhancing penalties for
    resisting or obstructing peace officers and fire fighters who are
    performing their duties.
