    Maddox and Redfern. Nays, 6: Giannetto, Vilsack, Bisignano, Hammond,
    Hansen and Neuhauser. Absent or not voting, 1: Szymoniak.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

    ALSO:
