    Senate File 17

         On motion of Senator Connolly, Senate File 17, a bill for an act
    establishing the state percent of growth for the school budget year
    beginning July 1, 1995, for purposes of the state school foundation
    program and providing effective and applicability date provisions, was
    taken up for consideration.

         Senator Iverson offered amendment S-3003 filed by him on January
    11, 1995, to page 1 of the bill.

         President pro tempore Bisignano took the chair at 10:43 a.m.

         Senator Iverson moved the adoption of amendment S-3003.

         A record roll call was requested.

         On the question Shall amendment S-3003 be adopted? (S.F. 17) the
