         I FURTHER CERTIFY, that the State Canvassing Board has declared
    that at a special election held on the thirty-first day of August, 1993,
    DONALD B. REDFERN was duly elected to the office of State Senator for
    the Twelfth District. At a special election held on the twentieth day of
    December, 1994, MARY A. LUNDBY was duly elected to the office of State
    Senator for the Twenty-sixth District. These two senators were elected
    to fill the balance of unexpired terms which began on the second day of
    January 1993.

         I FURTHER CERTIFY that the State Canvassing Board has declared that
    at the General Election held on November 3, 1992, each of the following
    named persons was duly elected to the office of State Senator for the
    term of four years beginning on the second day of January, 1993.
