                     REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE ON CREDENTIALS

         MR. PRESIDENT: We, your committee on credentials, respectfully
    report that we find the persons named in the attached copy of the
    certification of the Secretary of State duly elected to and entitled to
    seats in the Senate for the 1995 Session of the Seventy-sixth General
    Assembly:
